这本书是我在一个群里面，群主妈妈列的一个书单中的一本书，我就照单把两本妈妈读的关于孩子学英语的书都买下了，还有一本是《培养孩子的英文耳朵》(还没有看)，先谈谈《不能错过的英语启蒙》这本书，最大的感受就是这里有个学习英文的宝库，里面附有大量的免费学习的网络资源，还有安妮鲜花的观点非常正确，“单词是末，阅读才是本”。
我们的孩子学习中文就是头2年的大量的输入，然后才有了强大的输出，一开始我们不会纠结孩子的发音，是否跟读等，也不必认字，学习英文也是这样，当作母语一样学习，当然我们少了英语环境这是个事实，但是我们可以创造，我们可以给孩子听大量的英文儿歌，音频，看原版的动画片，读原版的绘本，大量的输入，估计也要2年，之后就会有巨大的收获和惊喜了，就像我儿子现在的中文语言水平，总是会给我们惊喜，说的话太厉害了，很快大人就要讲不过他了。
英文教材我是买对的，我先按兵不动，不急着教儿子也是正确的，我要先自己花时间摸索适合自己孩子的英文学习道路，我要学习很多知识，(孩子学习的同时，家长也要给自己充电)，我也是从群里的讨论才知道了现在国际上都是用phonics(自然拼读法)，不教音标，让孩子自己拼读，见字发音，英文单词的读音还是很有规律的，只是我们从来没有研究过。

昨天我在扬子晚报上看到一个七八岁的孩子英文水平达到初中生了，妈妈是搞英文培训的，许多我们都学不来，简直是个罕见的英语天才，但是我在安妮鲜花的书里看到的在国内培养孩子的英文的一系列的方法都是可以学习的，她的女儿并不是神童，人家外国人是非常重视阅读的，教英文的方法跟我们完全不同，跟我们教中文也不一样，那是大量的阅读，不像我们每个年级列几本书的书单，再出题考考就算阅读考级了，他们讲究的是流利的朗读以及速读与精读结合等等，单词也是按照拼写规律来识记的，每周就教十几个单词。安妮鲜花强调妈妈的英文水平并不重要，水平高点当然更好，可以和孩子交流，妈妈要做的就是在恰当的时候给孩子合适的书及材料，妈妈会提供许多绘本、音频、视频等，但是孩子可能只喜欢其中的小部分，没关系，等以后有机会再拿出来，说不定孩子就喜欢了。
“背1000个单词不如积累100个真实场景下的表达方式，输出是输入积累到一定程度的结果，是水到渠成的事。输入一点点就开始关注输出，极可能引发孩子的逆反和厌学。”中文学习又何尝不是如此呢?

一、激发学生学习英语的兴趣

在这一阶段学生能够开始用英语说话，这时他们运用的是长时记忆，他们可以用英语选择他们会说的，每个学生都会有成功的愉悦。例如，教食物bread，ice—cream…和句型I like …，I don’t like…可采用开放式教学，让他们自由选择所知道的食物来说出喜欢吃的和不喜欢吃的，有的学生就会说出，sandwish，salad…这样能使学生感到成功增加他们的自信心。
在这一阶段学生能说出他们所学的内容，甚至能脱口而出，这是长期记忆起着作用。在这一步中，可让学生表演，自由对话，复述故事，同时教师不必急于纠正学生语言表现中的错误，要让学生有安全感，并积极主动地学习外语。鼓励学生积极参与，大胆表达使学生从动脑、动口、积极思维参与教学活动。如低年级学生可灵活处理教材内容，将其编成儿歌、童谣。课堂中多采用游戏教学法，加上教师灵活亲切的身体语言，使得课堂丰富多彩、轻松活跃。培养学生能在图片、手势的帮助下，听懂语速较慢的话语或录音材料。
三、创设情景

With this spirit of independence she not only gained herself love, respect and happiness but also proved to the world that nobody is second class——unless you believe yourself to be.
Hundreds of thousands of ordinary girls that usually get neglected in life——me included——love and admire Jane deeply because she inspires and encourages us to strive for our life goals against all odds bravely. She is a role model, an idol in our hearts but at the same time a friend, a big sister next door who’s not at all cold and distant, always ready and willing to stand by our side whenever we are in trouble. Every time when I feel inferior, puzzled and lose faith in myself and the strength to carry on the life path already chosen, Jane, my dear friend’s determined face and forceful words on that serene summer night would emerge inside my mind, which never failed to relight my fire of passion. But it’s not that I totally believe in her life story, by which I mean I don’t think the story of hers can happen to anybody. To me, it’s somewhat like a fairy tale that begins with ‘long long ago’ and ends with ‘ever after’， in which the prince and princess, though having suffered much in the process of getting together, would always end up in a harmonious marriage and enjoy all the best life has to offer. Being an obscure girl herself, the author Charlotte Bronte was so generous as to have provided our dear Jane a Mr. Rochester who loves her just the way she is, appreciates her unique character and a kindhearted family （later proved to be her relatives） that took her in when she was helpless and offered her a job to support herself. In reality, not every Jane Eyre can meet the proper people at the right time, just as not every ugly duckling can turn into a graceful swan——it may depend on a matter of luck. If you are too obsessed with fairy tales, you are very likely to feel disappointed and deceived by the not-so-perfect everyday life. But what are fairy tales for? We love to read them and we tend to believe in them even though we know they are not real. Sometimes we do need a little romantic daydream as seasonings in the routine of life, and we also need an ideal to believe in, a creed to live by, and a northern star to show us directions on the long journey.
That’s maybe what Jane Eyre is for——it gives numerous common girls a possibility to look forward to, a life to reach for, and above all, a positive attitude to face all odds to encounter. Perhaps we can’t all have her luck, but we can have her independence, confidence, persistence, the courage of standing up to fight for ourselves against those seemingly taller than us, and the faith that we can finally win because WE ARE EQUAL.

Nowadays an increasing number of young chinese have been taking a fancy to christmas as if it were a most fashionable symbol. But how many of them recognize what christmas means indeed? I think there is no point in celebrating christmas without knowing the christmas culture.
As for the protagonist, Scrooge, he is a representative of those who go to extreme to earn money so that he ignores love-----love for friends, for soul mate, and for people in need. To some extend, Scrooge is lucky in that he meets three ghosts and avoids ending up in being a wandering ghost like his partner, marley.
Scrooge finally becomes a man with great heart. whereas, there are still Scrooges in our present society. 教学评价是教学活动不可或缺的一个组成部分。评价主要是为了了解学生的学习发展，检查英语教学是否达到教学目标，揭示英语教学过程的价值和效果，进一步调整和改进教学方法，促进每一个学生的发展，提高教学质量。在倡导发展性评价的同时，我们要充分体现在教学评价中的人文性、过程性、开放性、激励性和多元性。
